COMPLAINTS POLICY

At Orchard Roofing we always try to provide the best quality service and materials for everyone of our customers. However we do recognises that there may be occasions where are customers are not completely satisfied.

We like to make sure that we can put things right as soon as we possibly can. Our complaints procedure (below) outlines how we act on such occasions.

Where ever possible we always endeavor to inspect the completed work with you, however on rare occasions this might not be possible we encourage you to inspect the works as soon as possible to ensure that you are happy that the work is carried out to our usual high standards.

If, in the unlikely event, there is anything you aren’t happy with us, please contact us as soon as can in order address the situation as soon as we can. We will always aim to respond to your concerns within 3 working days and will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
